Earn a commission of 10% to 15% of the payments Forest Trail Academy receives for every new student you refer who enrolls with us.
1. Sign up to our program by filling up this form.
2. Send us the following documents: a copy of your business registration or applicable business insurance, your company profile, your strategy for recruiting students for Forest Trail Academy, and a list of any sub-agents with their names, agency names, websites, positions and contact details.
3. Forest Trail Academy evaluates each application within five (5) working days of receipt.
4. Once approved, you sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and become an official affiliate of Forest Trail Academy. We provide the marketing materials and program information you need to refer families.
Commissions are based on the total gross payment received by Forest Trail Academy for enrolled students you referred.
10% of the gross payment for 10 or fewer students
12% of the gross payment for 11 to 30 students
15% of the gross payment for 31 or more students
Eligible programs include full-term classes, semester classes, individual courses, summer classes, Dual Enrollment programs and any other program offered by Forest Trail Academy.
Commission Eligibility
A referred student counts toward your commission once the student has successfully enrolled in a Forest Trail Academy program, has no pending documents or requirements, and has remained enrolled for at least one month.
Commission Payment
Commissions are paid quarterly. Commissions for students enrolled less than one month before the end of a quarter are included in the following quarter’s payment. Forest Trail Academy provides commission reports with each payment.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates represent Forest Trail Academy in a professional and ethical manner, provide accurate and truthful information about our programs, use only approved marketing materials, provide accurate student information to Forest Trail Academy, follow all applicable laws and regulations, and handle family and student information with care.
Term
The MOU begins on signing and continues until either party ends it with 30 days written notice. Forest Trail Academy reviews each MOU annually, and affiliates are expected to refer and enroll at least ten (10) students in each twelve (12) month period.
