Forest Trail Academy, LLC has taken over the operation and management of Virtual High School of Excellence, (VHSE) and is moving in a new direction. We are here to improve and build upon what is already established. Our number one priority is students. We will not compromise the current Program or integrity of our School or any of our students.

| Forest Trail Academy, LLC has taken over the operation and management of Virtual High School of Excellence, (VHSE) and is moving in a new direction. We are here to improve and build upon what is already established. Our number one priority is students. We will not compromise the current Program or integrity of our School or any of our students. We are here to ensure that ALL students complete their education and continue with their academic endeavors. Moving forward, we will no longer accept new enrollments in VHSE. Current students can continue in VHSE and will receive their diplomas from VHSE. Forest Trail Academy will accept all new enrollments. Students in VHSE can transfer to Forest Trail Academy. Forest Trail Academy is working diligently with various accrediting agencies to become nationally and regionally accredited in a short period of time. |

VHSE remains financially responsible for VHSE obligations. If you have a valid, pending financial issue that has not been resolved, we suggest you contact your credit card company and request a refund.

Students who are requesting transcripts and/or diplomas, please submit an e-mail and we will direct your request(s) to the appropriate department. |
|
|
| Finally, please submit with any technical problems from login area. Technical problems cannot be handled over the telephone. The ticket system provides a central area to manage and resolve all technical problems. If you cannot access the system to submit a ticket, then submit an e-mail to our Technical Department. Please do not submit a ticket and an email (It is either or, not both). We will attempt to resolve all technical issues within 24 hours. |

We are asking for patience from everyone as we move towards this new direction. We are working very diligently and expeditiously to make sure that this transition runs as smoothly as possible. We are very excited and looking forward and looking forward to working with you this year. We wish all our students a successful year.
